Whatever device the salong had put near the entrance; it gave a tiny sound with every dash of scented air it spewed out. It smelled good at first, but after standing in if for a while, the perfumed air became nauseating. Bet the smell was really coming from a bunch of captivated grandmas they kept in the basement...
Standing opposed to a very large man, Aino did her best not to cry: But why not? I want one. She wanted a new tattoo, and she wanted one now! What was the big deal anyway? She bet it was because he was a man. Men were stupid and did everything they could to ruin her life. He probably just didn't want her as a customer because it would ruin their reputation.
Doing his best not to annoy a customer, the clerk leaned away abit: Miss, I understand that you want a new tattoo to celebrate the happy occation, but we don't tattoo pregnant women. He scratched the back of his head, avoiding eyecontact; her eyes kept watering up like she was about to cry: There's the chance that a tattoo doesn't look the same after the pregnancy, we don't actually know how the chemicals affects an unborn baby. Then there's the chance of SIV and hepatitis B. He recited it as from a textbook, which were it was coming from. Obviously they didn't give their clients diseases, but they were supposed to warn about it anyway.
Okay, she just didn't have the energy to argue about it.
Atleast he'd let her use the rest of the facilities against the usual fees. It was expensive, but it was so long since she had allowed herself to swim, and this pool was safe. If she'd know about this, she'd come here sooner. She really just wanted something to do. She'd taken time off work since, but regretted it because now there was nothing to do. It was dad had had suggested she'd take some time off, since she was so tired. But now she just thought about her ex and unborn baby. All in all, she felt terribly sorry for herself.
Getting a glimpse of herself in the mirror, Aino wasn't sure if she should laugh or cry. She looked like a cow in a swimsuit. The water dripping from her body was going to have to dissappear on it's own, because her arms couldn't reach around her belly anymore. But, she also thought she looked pretty at the same time. Which was strange. She'd read some books that said it was normal to be a bit up and down. So that was probably it.
Taking another look at the warm water, she stopped for a little second. Was she even supposed to swim during a pregnancy? Was it dangerous? What about infections? Why was there so many things you couldn't do as pregnant?!
Atleast it was still snowy outside, which made it so much easier to be pregnant- other than the fear of falling in the snow, loosing the baby on impact. Sitting down on the cold swing, Aino wondered if it was dangerous for the baby to. Judging by the telling creaking coming from the swingset, it was probably higher danger for it cracking under her weight.
She liked the swing, until remembering that it was located next to a school. Now everyone looking would assume she was an old perv... like the man that lay in the snow over there. Actually, was he okay?
Understanding that staying on the swing was a bad idea, Aino planned on spending the rest of the day at the fair. Because it was normal that grown- ups did that on their own. The Claw and her took another ride, and on the first try it decided beeing good. It was a teddyvampire! Please! If she won it, she could give it to the baby and the baby would love it so much!
It worked! She was now officially best friends with The Claw. Wonder what to call the teddy? No. Baby could decide on their own. She had chosen not to know the sex, because then it was a little surprise. And then dad wouldn't go all "blue or pink" on them. She was going to have a baby!
Darting away as fast as her swollen, pregnant feet could carry her, she endep up hiding for a while. Well, as much as someone with an enormous belly could hide. It didn't stop her from trying, and even sneaking out again with heels clacking against the wooden floor. She'd seen Daniel- and as long as he was here; she didn't want to be. Aino didn't want to be yelled at again, even if she deserved it. So ofcourse she looked after him until the door slammed shut on it's own. Because maybe he'd turn around and he'd smile at her instead of sneering?
There was someone she wasn't able to hide from though: Hi Bella... after a short look around to make sure he wasn't coming back to fetch her, she decided it was worth it. Aino petted the large dog for a long while whilst waiting. She'd called dad to come and pick her up; and not on the bike, he had promised to borrow Mayas car. It was good that dad cared about the enviroment, but there was a limit to it.
Dad had been a real nag the entire pregnancy, constantly telling her that she shouldn't be alone at the big house. So it didn't take long until he showed up: Aino. He always sounded so concerned: Come and stay with me and Maya for a few days. I'll go and spend some time with the cats... You need to rest at bit.
She loved her cats, and didn't want to be a bother to anyone. Everyone else managed a pregnancy on their own: I can't. My cats needs me. On the other hand, the thought of not having to do anything for a few days sounded like a slice of heaven.
So does your baby, come on Aino. I'll go over there several times a day.
Dad had cats of his own, and he did know how to take care of them: Okay... thank you dad.
With an irritated grunt, Aino was woken up by a hard pushing against her stomach. Like it wasn't bad enough that the baby felt like it had hooked it's feet in her ribs, making it difficult to fall asleep; external factors woke her up when she was finally able to: Stop it... she whined, the large belly making it difficult to move around: Stop it! Get off me! What was it with men and pregnant women, not beeing able to leave her alone. Her belly wasn't an invitation for touching!
Stop it Ptah.. she kept whining: I can't lie on my back, because I won't be able to get up again. Not to mention that when she lay on her back, she always woke up because the weight of the baby made the intestines hurt. Why did that cat always try to sleep on her belly? That was just strange: Fine, I'll get up already.
Jumping off the bed as soon as she moved, then stopping straight infront of her for every step she waddled, it was obvious the cat had tried to wake her. The thought of getting his paws cold had become to tempting, so out he went. In three minutes the cat would definitely want to go back in, eat a bit, then out again. Eventually Ptah stopped wanting to go inside and out all the time, giving Aino time to finally get a cup of coffe. She knew caffein wasn't ideal for a baby, but one cup a day was okay.
The small house was empty, as dad was working and Maya was out. Wonder why dad didn't retire, maybe he was bored when not working to. That he hadn't worked a lot during her childhood, and didn't have a good enough pension didn't even cross her mind.
Maya was rarely present; she was an old lady with a lot to do- and she let her sleep. It was nice of her. But Aino liked beeing alone, she wasn't lonely. Nope, not at all. It wasn't like she felt hollow, even beeing as stuffed as she was. When the baby came, she wouldn't be alone anymore. Her and the baby were going to be bestfriends. She'd be a terrible mother, but dad had promised to help. So then everything would be alright.
The mucus plug was already gone, so she was really just waiting for the baby to come out now. She was sure it was a sign that things were not that far away. A part of her wanted to feel pride about staying so calm about it. She wasn't in panic to often- Or maybe she was just a bit numb still. This was happening either way, and no matter what: it wasn't the babys fault. She was certain baby was going to look like her, and not the dad. But even if the baby did, she was going to love it.
She put the stereo on, listening to some pop- music. She'd heard that classical would stimulate the babys brain, but she didn't really care that much. Baby didn't need to be smart: I love you baby. She made sure to tell the baby that a lot, just in case it heard. Maybe it would be a redhead to, just like her and her dad, and his parents again? She swayed a bit to the music, knowing that the baby tended to fall asleep when moving and woke up when she stopped. Which usually meant that it kicked her when she tried sleeping. For now, it still felt like it had tangled it's feet in her ribs... was that physically possible?
Sitting down, she picked the newspaper up from the sofa. Definitly Maya that had thrown it there, she was kind of a slob. It was the usual bad news and weatherforecast, claiming it would be more snow. And it was a hell of a lot of snow now; no doubt because she'd thought there wouldn't be any. Flipping through it, she stopped at the new babies that had been born, wondering if any of them would be her babies playmate when it grew older. Then she moved to the obituaries: Daniels dad was dead. That was so sad.
And he was such a daddies- boy, he had to be heartbroken. Maybe she should phone him and ask how he was doing? Maybe she could bake cookies or something for him? Not that he was big in the cakedepartment, but she'd seen it on tv, so maybe it was something to it? Okay, so she wanted cookies... Maybe she should ask if they could meet so they could talk about it?
Getting her phone, Aino found the number then stood staring at it for a while. What was she doing? What did she actually think was going to happen? He had his family and his own friends; he didn't need the concern of some whore that had fucked someone else. No, she could order a flower; it was better. That way she showed respect to the family, and didn't stick her enormous nose places where she didn't belong. Wait... what if the baby inherited her giant nose. Could... could the babys nose hook itself inside her vagina when pushing it out?
After texting a florist, and crying because they couldn't deliver it until the funeral; Aino went down for another nap. Because she was tired again. Babies was energydraining.
Crawling out of the sofa, she'd barely lay down before the pain started. It hurt, and the contractions were coming fast. Wonder how long this had taken her own mum? Because if that had went fast, the chances that this went fast was also possible. Something had to be wrong, because when the water broke, it looked like cottage cheese! Was it supposed to look like that?!! Where was her phone?! She had to call Daniel! No, dad! She had to call dad!!
Ian had litterally just steppen inside the doorstep when he'd heard his daughters painful grunts: Okay! .. that's okay sweetheart. Fuck, his little baby was in pain: Okay! .. do you have a bag?
No! I don't!! I'm not home!!! Why was dad freaking out? He was supposed to stay calm! Maybe something was wrong? She bet the baby was already on it's way out!
Okay, okay! I'll take you to the hospital, Okay?! Then I'll get you some stuff later! He hesitated a second: Okay! Let's go!! Shit! His baby was having a baby! He was going to be a grandfather!
Ians little baby had a baby of her own now, and whilst she stayed at the hospital he took care of things around her house. He wasn't planning on telling, but he payed the bills for her. He usually wasn't there for long, other than feeding and counting cats; he spent every second he could with his little girls now. Maya was okay with it to, she was really kind that way. Personally he thought she was a bit jealouse because her kids hadn't made her a grandmother yet. Aino would be home from the hospital in a few days time now, so he'd decided to take a little extra look.
Taking out the rest of the mail, Ian got a hold of a note that had to have been there for a long time. She had said that he could just read the mail, incase it was something important: I love the little notes. How about I come over tonight and groom you like a cat. A catgroomer put notes in her mail? Well why not, a cat groomer could make a fortune here... No, wait. It meant... and with his daughter! Shuddering, Ian decided to throw the note in the trash, and pretend he'd never seen it. Gross. It was old anyway, so...
It was the first time he'd been in her livingroom. He'd just been downstairs, because she had everything the cats needed there. Scratchposts, litterboxes, food, water. She hadn't told him only to take it there, he'd just assumed she had that one catroom. And all the cats came running downstairs when they heard him opening the door anyway. So if he didn't feed the cats in the catroom, and make a run for it; they never left him alone.
Ofcourse now they had followed him upstairs, like the clingy animals they were, running around his legs with their tails up. What had happened here? He wanted to believe it was the cats that had done it since they hadn't been properly supervised, but... how long had she lived like this? His little babygirl was hurting! Ians dadinstincts were bleeding, how could he not have knows? He was so stupid, just her size alone said she wouldn't be able to even bend.
Just... the sofa and chair weren't as bad as they seemed. It should be easy to replace that, but..it was even hoardes of old food on the counter. And the cats ate from it. Ian sighed- he'd never thought his little girl would live like this and not tell him. Why hadn't she told him how much she struggled? He'd help her. Well, he was going to fix it. This was going to take a bit longer than usual, but Aino was safe at the hospital.
Shushing Sekhmet away, Ian started with the dishes; just to stop and look at the photography on the wall. Who was that? It wasn't the babies father atleast, he didn't look even remotely like her. An unpleasant thought started forming in his mind. Was that the dipshit that had made her cry? He bet that was the guy- Ian didn't like him atleast- Making his little girl cry and now she'd lived pregnant and sad in a pigstie! It was definitly atleast partly this guys fault! Shaking it off, he went on with the cleaning; dipshit...
Daniel hadn't exactely been taken by surprise at his fathers death; as bizarre as it might seem, they had just waited for it. He'd been ill for quite some time, and because of his advanced age the doctors couldn't do much. And now he was dead, and the family had cremated him and held a small ceremony to his honour. Both his parents were familyoriented, so it seemed like the right thing to do.
Naturally they all took it hard, especially mum. They had taken turns living at the hospital when it was nearing the end; so atleast they'd all been there to say their farewells. Not that it helped right now, but maybe at some other point in life.
Even his brother had lost his usual sarcasm, and his sister did her best to cling to the only grandchild. Dad had thought there were two, but Daniel had just lied to him about it. And to the rest ofcourse. It was easy to excuse the lie to dad since he was dying, but why he hadn't told the others that they'd broken up because she'd cheated was another thing. For all they knew, it was over because they just weren't a match.
Also it was a limit as to how long they could stay. They were hosting a small wake for some close friends at home, but he wasn't especially keen to leave just yet. Uncle Andy had gotten a hold of his favourite nephew, and waited for them: The caterers are coming soon. Are you coming along? His voice was low for a change. Mum nodded quietly, she knew just how everything should be Though Angie wasn't ready just yet: I'll just be a bit longer.
Daniel stayed behind with his sister, none of them were ready to meet all the rest. Usually the wake lightened the mood abit; often forcing the ones involved to share fond memories of the deceased- they just needed a bit more time. As much as the three of them had in common, him and his sister were more alike then their brother. Well, other than her actually knowing how to ride a motorbike.
Looking over at her, he wondered how she managed. The babys father had left her right before he was born, she had jumped straight back into her careere and now dad was dead to. Maybe she had secret superpowers? So how are you holding up? The room was so small that a low voice was mandatory, but it still echoed against cold and empty walls: Okay... well, in light of the... she gestured with her hand before it fell back along her side: How about you? It was her time to ask him now, almost as awkwardly: Okay.. well... again, okay in light of recent events obviously.
Angie burst out in tears again, and he got why. He'd do it himself but wasn't comfortable crying infront of his sister. He wanted to be that collected man that one always saw in the media. Not that he was very good at it, and it couldn't possibly be healthy. But someone had to be the collected one.
Then Angie started hugging, and crying on his shoulder... awkward. He still tried comforting her though: there, there Angie. Weirdly patting her on the back trying to figure out what to do or say; Frankly he had no idea, because he was sure nothing would make it easier. Atleast he couldn't think of something that would've helped on him. Instead they stood like that for a while, until she calmed a bit down again.
He was really happy about becoming a grandfather. Their dad was just like their mum; loved kids: It was a shame that he didn't live to meet your daughter... Ouch, Daniel wiped a tear discreetly away, not looking at her: I know it might be a bit early, but when are we going to meet her. You know, mum isn't exactely young either. Yeah, he knew. Did she have to bring that up all the time. The small radiator that was hidden somewhere in the room, struggled keeping it warm. A macabre thought of it beeing because of the corpses of sims that sometimes lay here, wouldn't rot and start stinking, got stuck in his mind.
I know it's difficult cooperating with an ex about a child, but it's not impossible. You just both have to agree to what's best for the girl... Taking a deep breath, Daniel let what she said sink in: it was a girl. He'd lied because he didn't want to make his dad sad, and because he didn't want his family to think badly of Aino; as odd as it seemed. Ofcourse he'd done it to make himself seem better to, because it was humiliating. On the other hand, his sister had been left whilst pregnant, and he didn't think any less of her. He wanted to beat freckleface though. But that was completely different- just because.
You know, the two of us could have playdate with our kids and...
It's not mine! Daniel rubbed the back of his head: It's another guys... It's not mine. I lied, I didn't want to.. He wasn't sure what he had been thinking anymore. She didn't answer in a long while. clearly shocked: Oh. No wonder you broke up.
Yeah... Not my baby, I just thought it was. I just thought it was, but she knew it wasn't. So... yeah..
Damn. I'm sorry Danny. I know how excited you were. Great, now she wanted to talk about that to: I really don't want to talk about it Angie. Chewing her lips, clearly wanting to go all bigsister on him, but luckily she didn't: Well, atleast she's thinking about you. She sent flowers.. the one that doesn't match any of the others. What else? He just shook his head wanting to avoid the subject, so Angie continued. Because that's what older sisters do- ignore what you want: You know, maybe it would be good for you to clear the air out a bit with her.
I'm not saying to be friends or "forgive and forget" or any of that shit. She doesn't deserve that. She wiped her cheeks a bit, before continuing: But you have enough to think about now after all. I don't know. Maybe it would be good for you. And for the mother ofcourse. Not that Angela cared about any woman that hurt her little babybrother- she kind of wanted to punch her: but she did care about the kid. Usually she'd never even suggest anything like that, because none of them were very forgiving types. But a stressed mum was a forgetful mum.
It hadn't been intentional, but he'd seen the lights on at her house. Daniel had no idea what happened after childbirth, but he assumed Aino was back home. Showing up at her doorstep was probably not the best idea he'd had, but since he was here; why not try. He was still mad, that wasn't it; but it wasn't the same type of anger that it had been earlier. Ofcourse he had no intention of yelling at a new mother at home with an infant. He also didn't have time to stay, but it could be an idea to find a time that might suit both of them. Because as much as he hated admitting it, his sister were right; clearing the air might be a good idea.
There was just enough time to regret it and change his mind, when an older man appeared and waved him inside. By the look of the garbagebag he was clearly tidying. Judging by the face the limpy old guy pulled showed, he was far from a welcomed sight.
Though he did look at lot friendlier when safely inside. Ian on his side was thrilled; It was dipshit! He slapped on his best friendly- old- man face and greeted the young man. Having a daughter that didn't tell him anything had some advantages: Hello young man- is there anything I can help you with? Dipshit looked like he was going to a funeral. What? His daughter was worthy of funeralgear? He should be happy that she ever wanted to talk to him!
Blinking a bit at the sudden intens light, it took a second getting used to it: I saw the lights on. I was just wondering if Aino was back home. Yup, that was definitly the dad alright. Ian, wasn't that his name? Didn't Ian know who he was?
No, her and my grandchild, Ian slipped that in there just incase the boy didn't see the similarities: won't be home for a few more days. Did you want me to give her a message? Bet the kid didn't know that his daughter barely told him anything, because she didn't want to worry him. Ian bet, that the boy thought it was because she didn't think he was important- idiot.
This was getting a bit eerie, didn't the old man have the slightest idea about him? Hadn't Aino told him that they had been dating at all. Maybe she hadn't been as serious about them as he had: No, I was just wondering how things were going.
Well, this was awkward: Is everything good with her and the baby then? Was it a boy or..? He already knew it was a girl, but if he mentioned it, the dad might think he was a creepy weirdo. Wait, why did he even care what the dad thought about him.
It's a girl... Catherine. Ian was more than happy to talk about the eight wonder of the world.
So she can call her Cat. Yeah, Daniel wasn't surprised at the namechoice. Catherine. Ian smiled, hoping is seemed like a legit one: She looks so much like her father. Suck on that one dipshit: She's got big darkblue eyes, and that's sure not from our side of the family! We're not sure yet, but we think she might be ashblonde to! Blonde like her grandmother, and great- grandfather. The important thing was that her hair wasn't going to be dark.
Did that arsehole know who she'd cheated with, but not who he was? Had she taken up contact with that guy and the dad knew who it was? That meant they must have met eachother. Not that it was odd having the babys dad meeting his kid, but the way grandpa here talked- it sounded like they were seeing eachother: So the blueeyed father is happy then I take it?
Aino is so excited about beeing a mother. He hoped the boy read it as he meant it: Listen dipshit, stay the hell away from my little babygirl. She doesn't have time for you or your boner: She's going to focus on her little daughter right now. Having a baby is a lot of work, so all her time will go to the little one. He finished it off with a way to kind smile. Take that for wanting to take advantage of his beautiful daughter.
Daniel pulled off an equally honest grin: Give her my best wishes then; name's Daniel by the way. Thanks for asking bignosed arsehole. So the old man said that her daughter had blue eyes, like her dad, and ashenblonde hair like their family. There was just one problem with that.
Ainos mother and grandfather weren't ashenblonde, they were goldenblonde. So that meant the ashblonde was from the dads side of the family, together with the blue eyes; like that guy at the party that tried stopping him from going upstairs. So, if Daniel saw him at Ainos place.. well, he wasn't going to do anything obiviously... but atleast then he'd know if it was him- that had screwed his girlfriend. Not that he was angry. Ofcourse, he knew that hair and eyecolours on babies changed; but the way the old man had worded it, made him think it was a hint. Or maybe he was just paranoid?
Aino wasn't sure what day it was anymore, she'd been locked inside the hospital trying to learn how to take care of baby Catherine. She hadn't named her that just so she could nickname her Cat.... pft... what a silly thought. The nurses had tought her how to change the diaper, bathe her, and general basic knowledge; like to let the baby lay on the stomach to build strength in the neck. She just didn't get the hang on one thing though.
The breastfeeding that was supposed to come so easily for everyone? Not happening. She was barely lactating at all. And the nurses kept bugging her about it; couldn't Cat just be bottlefed? She'd been bottlefed and she'd turned out... okay maybe breastfeeding was better. It was just: Ofcourse we can try things like acupuncture, but that shouldn't be necessary just yet. For now, just keep trying to latch her to your breast. I know you said that she doesn't want to, but her suctionreflex is good, so there's no reason she's not. Have you tried the rosette- grip?
You put your fingertips around your nipple, and drag the fingers out; like this. It will stimulate your body to produce milk. The nurse showed it with his hands... Aino tried beeing openminded, but... Well, he probably knew what he was talking about but... It was even worse that he was so young to, and kind of hot. Stop that! You just squeezed a baby out!
Is something wrong? The nurse asked her: Nonono. I've tried that to. The baby was hungry, so she cried all night long keeping her up. But they barely let her feed her with a bottle, because that would make it harder to get the baby to take the nipple.
Could she ask to get a woman? This was a bit... stop that! Be openminded! He probably knew a lot about breastfeeding, since he didn't have breasts: It can take several days before you start lactating with the first one.
But I've been here four days already. Average was five days, that was the recomended time to make sure the baby got all the tests they needed to take.
It's possible to stay more than that. I won't recomment that you leave before you start lactating. Breastmilk is the best for the baby. It builds the immune- system and... she stopped listening. They had told her that around a million times already, but her breasts didn't agree with them. She wanted to go home!
A short, awkward bloke- moment appeared when dad came back. Dad wasn't used to man- nurses, especially in this department. And dudenurse wasn't used to granddads beeing present all the time. He was allowed out an in as much as he wanted, since Catherine didn't have a dad. At the papers she'd written "unknown" on the dads name, even if she knew who it was. That was smart, because then Kol couldn't claim her easily. Dudenurse coughed out a bad excuse and left.
So how are my little babies doing? Ian was thrilled to finally have a grandchild. He was already planning on spoiling her rotten. He didn't mention anything to his daughter about the disgusting home she'd had, he didn't want to make her feel ashamed.
Same as before you left dad. He usually just left to buy her a snack or something, but he'd been gone a lot longer this time. Wonder what he'd done? She was all for eating bananas and pears, because it made it easier to use the bathroom. No one had told her that her entire downstairs was going to be swollen. It felt like she'd squuezed the baby out from her butt: It's just the nurses that keeps bugging me about the breastfeeding.
What if she dies because she doesn't get milk? What if she gets allergies because I can't lactate? What if, she gets ill all the time because I don't have any milk! Clearly, not feeding breastmilk killed the baby, and gave it stomachproblems!
Is it man-nurse that's been telling you this? Ian was going to stuff dudenurses face into the breastpump and start it. Shaming his little baby this way! He worried that his angryface would turn as red as his hair.
No, not mannurse. One of the others here. Another blonde, but it's a woman
Blech... blondes are the worst. Aino and Ian giggled: Redheads are the superior breed.
But she was still feeling a bit down about it; she should've known she couldn't do it right. It was supposed to happen naturally, wasn't it: Aino, there's nothing wrong with substitute. Do you think the scientists that checks these things, takes other factors into concideration? I don't have allergies, your mother didn't, and neither do you. The odds are small, unless the fath... Ian stopped there, she hadn't mentioned anything about him: So can I hold her?
Ian finally got his hands on his granddaughter again. He might have failed his own, but would do right with this one: I'm so glad that you let me be a part of the birth, Aino. It was sweet that she wanted him in the deliveryroom.
Dad?
Hm? You're cat's are fine.... He walked around the room with Catherine, barely taking his eyes off her. Maybe he should move back in with her for a little while when she left the hospital? Maya wouldn't mind. Though Aino probably wanted to take care of her baby on her own.
Uhm, yes. But I was wondering if uhm.. there's been any... has there been anyone to see me? Or some notes in the mail... anything?
She was probably talking anout dipshit... The dipshit that had made his little babygirl cry. What an arsehole: Well, some bills and some small gifts from some old classmates and such. Some gross notes he was NEVER going to admit seeing: Nothing else though. He hated seeing how disappointed she got, but she didn't need dipshit. The only man she needed in her life was her dad. And dad knows best.

pose: mashelle, fierce, simsimi, ag, skylar, annelysims, mochi, imho,
I wasn't supposed to have a pregnancychapter, but Aino was so adorable as pregnant. I'm having way to much fun with the storytelling atm, it's not all made up though, Sp does a lot of it. But still; to entertaining (for me that is).
And I started using this babyskin, then I tried another one that I liked better. But then changed back to this one, because consistency. For some reason the other skin stuck, so the baby looks a bit different from now on. Even tried clearing the caches and stuff, but no change. Ah well.
thanks for reading
