Feel free to use, abuse and tweak/change my sims for your own liking to use in your own game.
All sims should be packaged without CC.
Sims are generally not hand- made so they should work pretty well as filling up spare spots in your town, without making to strange- looking abominations. 
I use a substantional ammount of sliders and CC, so if you tweak my sims in game, they might snap and become different looking. Some of the sliders are pretty similar to eachother, but I'm to lazy to go through it. Not all sims use all sliders either, but these are the ones I have at the moment.
I'd love to see what my sims get up to, so if you use them in your blogs, feel free to give me a hint either here or on MTS under the same username. Please don't reupload to any sites.
