4.9 Reign of terror

Warning: violence, language

Lights flickering on Nefertums fur, the term scardycat had reached a new height for him. Quietly sneaking on soft paws, the outdoors was made for discovery. Though now, he just needed some air. Light clacking footsteps made him jump, then quickly calming down again. He was used to the visitor, even if the approaching sim carried the distinct scent of dog. Ofcourse, Nefertums glinting eyes had seen... it had seen something that could not be unseen. Or perhaps, he'd been to hard on the catnip.

Stopping dead in his track, he decided that Spooky day was the best of days. The faint smell of catfood and cookies had a familiar feel to it, but right now a horse could've kicked him in the stomach. He'd still not notice.
Where had he gotten it from that he hated spookyday? It should be spookyday everyday. Damn, her rear was amazing, and those thighs were to die for. For now that artsycrap could wait. Just a bunch of artsy sims talking about whatever artsy sims talked about- probably discussing philosopy or shit like that anyway.

The darkness outside was a stark contrast to the bright indoors; the effect heightening as it bounced off the light interior. Which made the black catsuit seem even darker than it was.
Just to be on the safe side, the tight suit was open in the back, showing that smooth skin. Had he mentioned how much he loved spookyday? Clearly she hadn't heard him coming, as she stood completely still; staring out the window with an aura of calm anxiousness. Was she looking for him? She was, she was waiting to see him. That was so cute.

Hey gorgeous. Daniel hadn't even considered buying some costume; dressing up still sucked; for him that was. He highly approved of her dressing up. But atleast he'd done something. Like a real expert, Aino jumped at his voice, causing him to worry about her falling on those sky- high heels. But it ended well: Aren't you a jumpy one. You forgot you told me just to come inside?

Daniel cleared his throat as she turned around. It was open in the front to, showing the soft underside of her breasts. She had to be trying to kill someone: No, I was just looking for you.... she changed the subject: What are you supposed to be?
Not that Aino expected him to spend to much time dressing up. But what if they didn't fit it with the rest of them. She bet everyone else had amazing costumes, and everyone would know they didn't really belong! But, she couldn't afford spending a fortune on a costume, and neither could he. Maybe they'd be laughed at? Maybe, they'd be turned away at the door!

I'm Satan; hence the horns and suit. Because suits are the work of evil. Whoever had invented suits needed to burn slowly in hell. Especially the creator of the tie. It was a social pressure to put a rope- like piece of cloth around your neck and put a knot on it. Could the hint to "go hang yourself" be more obvious.
Aino thought he looked so hot in a suit: You look professional. He kind of did. The makeup had erased both his scars and cute freckles; the latter was never mentioned. For some reason he was very sensitive at beeing called cute: And you look very evil. I bet the ladies would love having you reading their fortune. Not that she'd get jealouse or anyhing, she completely trusted him!

And she had big claws that fit nicely into sims eyeballs incase they got to close. She was so calm about it, because jealousy was a bad thing: I'm a kitty- cat
I can see that. You could lead a sim straight into damnation wearing that. Oh, he even had fangs, that was hot. Not that she was a freak!! How long have you had that outfit? Daniel asked her: This? I just bought it... a while ago, I bought it a while ago. Sometimes she tried on the ears and tail. But somethings were best left unsaid.

A rare silence where no cars were anywhere near the house left the place oddly soulless. If he had red horns and black hair- and she had red hair and black airs... did that make them that weird couple that matched eachother? Had he noticed? He had to have noticed. Everyone at the artgallery would know they didn't belong.
How on simplanet did you get into that outfit anyway? He kept looking at her, all the time keeping that grin going.
It's easy. It's stretch fabric, and has a couple of buttons at the neck. Why? How else would she get into it on her own?
How about we take it off you and sin a little? I am satan after all.
But, won't we be late then? The tickets had what time it started on them. What if they wouldn't get in because of it? Which they might not either way.

He raised his shoulders: So? No ones waiting for us. How could he be so calm about this? They were about to sneak into a place they didn't belong! What if noone believed he wasn't his own brother? What if they wanted to see his id?! Though, it was a pretty good suggestion: Are you going to bite me? Maybe he would; just a little. How else was she to know what she liked, right?
Only if you're bad. He teased: But then you get to scratch me as payback.
Wait... Was he hinting or joking? Oh, he was joking. Bummer...

Whatever atmosphere had been in the house disappeared when some large vehicle passed by. He had a point; no one was waiting for them. And if they were going to check his id, they'd do it whatever time they showed up: Well, I can't really say no to the devil in a suit now, can I. I mean, you are her to make sims sin. Technically, that made her an innocent victim.
Damn well right I am. he winked.

Sometimes Aino found herself wondering if she should play hard to get. She'd read in Simsmopolitan that men liked beeing the hunter; but that would make her prey and frankly that was gross: I'm out of protection
I'll be careful. To be frank, he'd happily rob a store at gunpoint for a few condomes right now. Why the hell hadn't he remembered to bring some? Idiot... And why were there so few shops in this town anyway? They were all sentered downtown.
You weren't careful the last time you said you'd be careful.
I was careful, but you told me not to stop. And you didn't get pregnant either, so it's all good. Not that he should've listened to her ofcourse, but he wasn't entirely made of stone either. It would probably go well this time to.

As it turned out, Daniel had changed the invitation to their names; so none of her worries had been relevant. And ofcourse he'd been right that nothing was even remotely scary; the theme fitting for children and young teens. It was just a mingleparty so the artmuseum could find some new sponsors. No wonder famous sims and paparazzo stayed away from it all. But she was still invited to something her boss wasn't.

To the tones of some loud, annoying music that pulsated from the loudspeakers; Aino sayed a prayer to some unknown fluffy cat that should be watching over her: Please, just please, let no one recognize me. Though, how often did it actually happen? It had happened once after she got back from university. The odds were low, and she was in costume. That made it impossible to recognize, right? But what if someone told Daniel? Then he'd defenitely leave her, and she didn't want to be left again.

Wow... was that Maren? Not that it was good that she was here, but holy hell what a butt. And those thighs were to die for! They even wiggled a bit when she walked.

Daniel followed Ainos gaze as he tried getting contact with her over the annoying music. Was she staring at Marens rear. He tried not to laugh, and had to repeat himself a few times before she heard him: So, this isn't to scary for you?
Ripping her eyes if Marens amazing butt and thighs, Aino payed attention to her boyfriend: What? No no. It's not scary, not at all. It's kind of fitting for kids... Why was he grinning?
Okay.. he still looked like he wanted to laugh: How about we grab something to eat, then mingle a bit? Then, when they'd had something to drink, he could see if someone would be willing to get a reading.

The stupid music just got louder, or maybe it was just in her mind. But she started to worry a bit more: What are you giggling at? Did she look funny? Was that why he was laughing? Why had she gone as a cat? What kind of grown up dressed up as a cat?
Nothing. He cleared his throat several times, trying to wipe the smile off his face.
Just tell me already! Is it me? Do I look weird? She knew she looked strange, but so did everyone else. Or maybe they didn't? They sure seemed to have spent some more simoleons on their costumes than her.
No, you look amazing! He assured her: It's just...
What? Just spit it out already man!
Unable to keep the grin away, he answered: You were staring at Marens rear.

For a second, Aino thought she'd heard him wrong. But by the way he kept grinning, he'd said exactely what she thought he had. Oh no! I did not! I didn't look at anyones butt! Or her wiggling thighs! They just looked really soft... in a completely non- creepy way!
You did. You're eyes nearly fell out of your head.
Damnit! Now he knew she was a weirdo: No they didn't! I was just... I didn't stare! He just kept grinning at her: Stop laughing! I wasn't staring! It's not like that!
Aw, it's okay. I get it. Daniel said with a fake voice, made for pretending to soothe someone. Then he looked a bit more serious: You don't have to be jealous. You're way more beautiful than her.
Letting out a breath, happy that the irritating music shrieked over her voice, Aino praised the cat she'd just prayed to. Good thing men were stupid: Yeah, yeah that was it... I was just jealous. Sorry. She was 100% straight! University didn't count!

Aino didn't care about Marens butt anymore, she'd found pie and a quiet corner to sit in. It was really good pie. Not as good as hers, but pretty good. Could've used some honey and a bit more whipped cream. But beeing a cat, it was just natural that she wanted more whipped cream. Not that cream was good for cats, but that wasn't important right now. She had this one day pretending to be a cat without anyone looking at her weirdly. But she was wondering what had happened to her boyfriend after a bit. Wasn't he supposed to mingle a bit?

The upstairs at the gallery was closed off to prevent anyone ruining the rest of the exhibit. So finding sims wasn't a difficult task. Daniel had litterally stood straight around the corner, staring intently at something. Wonder what kind of art that made him loose himself so deeply.

The terracotta warrior, a copy of one of the ones found in Shang- Simla stared silently over the assembly. As the red lights swiped over him, it almost looked like he was rolling his eyes at them all: It's a copy, she explained: It hasn't been moved since it came here, because it weighs a ton. Not like a real ton, but it was big and difficult to do anything with.

Yeah, I figured as much. I just haven't seen one before. Museum in Midnight Hollows is a lot smaller than this. Wondered if he wanted to go back? It seemed like it sometimes. Maybe she should save up for a trip there... What if he wanted to move back? What was she going to do then? But, it was big in the toydepartment, so maybe she should move there! Or maybe not, because it was really dark there: I'm going to go and mingle a bit, he said again: You joining? Ofcourse she wasn't, he could do that on his own. Mingling was overrated.

Aino had found her own thing to stare at; where had it come from? The skeleton hadn't been there before had it? And it wasn't a sim in a costume, because no one was that thin. It was a bit cute with that little maid- costume on... cute in a scary way. It was just a plastic one, right? Because the bones were a suspiciously yellow for beeing made of plastic. But what if... what if it was real? Now, that would've been really scary. Had they changed the music? Because she could've sworn the annoying tones had become a bit more eerie; lingering in the back of her mind. Or maybe she was just in a real spooky- day mood.

It moved!! She'd seen it move! It was a real skeleton!!! How... it was probably sleeping in the coffin, and had woken up from it's eternal slumber because of all the noise!! That's why the music had changed, because that always happened in the movies!

And now it tended the bar! Why didn't any one else care about it?!

She was not staying to find out what the undead wanted! Running for it, she jumped the fence and ran up the stairs. Why didn't anyone else care about it!

Beneath her, she could hear the low humming from the speakers, the sound not quite reaching all the way up here. What was wrong with her? If it had been a real skeleton, everyone else would've been running to. It was definitely a part of the entertainment; a little surprise for the audience. That's why the music had changed.
Though breaking an entry had it's reward, like being all alone with artwork. She should get better at visiting this place, she kind of missed it.

Grazing the form of the mermaid, Aino wondered why she wasn't a meresim when her dad had been one. Maybe mersimness didn't follow generations like... actually nothing went through generations without getting washed out. The statue looked like she was waiting for a ship to sail by, to lure into damnation and drown the ships crew in the deep oceans. Maybe it was because of dad she was such a good swimmer? Or maybe it was just because she'd been swimming alot.
Sighing, she had to realize she'd made a complete fool of herself. First oogling Marens butt, then beeing scared by the entertainment, then kind of breaking an entry. For once she actually felt slightly embarrassed.

Look at that... a few hours in and you're already breaking the law... Nausea crept on her at Kols voice. She hadn't seen him; hiding in plain sight amongst the ammount of sims in odd costumes. Why was he up here? It wasn't likely the skeleton had scared him, he couldn't be scared of anything. Doing her best to avoid looking at him, she instead tried to focus on the mermaid, following the structure in the stonework. At the back of her mind a little thought formed: there was nowwhere to hide at this floor. And he couldn't have been out on the porch. It was raining, and his clothes were dry. Had he followed her up here: You really are your mothers daughter...

As much as she dreaded it, Aino turned to face him; the catcostume giving her a feeling of beeing hidden. A part of her gut told her to make a run for it, but her brain said it was safer to stay calm. Calm was good. Because running hurt: Did you follow me up here? As much as she'd wanted her voice to stay strong, it came out weak and submissive. She had a very bad feeling, but her head was thick at the moment. Last time she had that feeling, it had ended with humiliation. Not again: Are you questioning me, you whore? Who the fuck do you think you are?

It was best to stay calm, last time had been a very strong reminder of that. That wasn't going to happen again, she wouldn't allow to let it happen again: I understand that you're hurting Kol. But your dad isn't coming back.
Don't you talk about him bitch! He'd actually raised his voice, just for a short second, leaving her to wonder how much anger was seering beneath. Would it explode today? Even if a little tingling thought said the tempertantrum wasn't actually that; but instead a little game to make her think it was something he couldn't control.
Keeping the calmest face she had, Aino knew better than to cross him. Don't use profanities, but more importantly; don't fight. He was a lot stronger than her, and she didn't stand a chance anyway. It was better to try calming him down: I'm really sorry Kol, but...

But what?! He interrupted her: But it's not going to make me feel better? Guess what, it does! I've never slept better in my life! Why wasn't she a silvertongued sim; a master of words that could captivate others with clever talk. Instead she was a bumbling fool, making him angrier and angrier with every single syllable: That dimwit you've been running around with, the blackhaired one... does he know? Does he know that your mother cuts sims open? You haven't told him, have you? He cracked into a smile when he said it: Maybe I should tell him. Bastard deserves to know after all.

If anything it made her head clear, the whiny music from below hearable once again, the cold that was seeping in every little crack in the building made her hairs stand on edge. It was chilling up here! Why were they so cheap with the heating?! Kol, don't! He couldn't tell. Why was he beeing so mean? Please don't tell him! I'll do anything you want me to, just don't tell... please... she could swear the last plead left her longues out of breath.
Leaning backwards a bit, he got that gross grin back: Oh, so you'll do anything I want now? I guess that explains a lot...
What? What was he talking about? Why was sims always so cryptical: I knew you were into it the last time...

For a second the brainfog came back, swallowing her sense. She was never going back to the illuminated tracks: You kept fighting the last time we met, but I knew you wanted it. And those crocodile tears you kept pressing out... why? I knew a slut like you liked it. And you stopped fighting didn't you? She hated the way he talked, that low voice and that smirk that went along with it: How did you explain the bruises to your little boyfriend? Hm? I bet that every time you fuck him, you close your eyes and wish it was me all over again.

The slap rang in the silent room; a short, sharp clap nearly making the plastic nails fall off. He hadn't seen it coming, and neither had she. She'd just acted on impulse. Her blood was going to paint the meremaid statuette red, the walls and floor covered in her gore. Why wasn't she running?

For a short breath, Aino darted past him as fast as the heels would allow, aiming for the stairs. She'd barely taken a few steps before his hands was around her waist, his fingers sticking into her soft sides. Please, she was so close! It was just one little floor, then another one and she'd be safe. Come on! This was unfair! She couldn't hear any of the sims, but the music was so tempting, that aweful music that gave her a headache! They ended up having a short thug of war, where she tried getting her hands around the railing, whilst he pulled her the other way.

Aino just felt her feet lifted off the floor, before getting pushed into the wall behind them. Leaning closer to her, his forehead was shiny, threatening to break out in a sweat: You fight me, and I'll beat you. Do you understand? She nodded carefully, she knew that very well. Why had she tried running away? That was a stupid move: Then you get to explain to your boyfriend, why you're full of bruises. Tell him that you're dirty and used. Tell him, that you're mother is a murderer. Because when he learns that, he's not staying. Are you going to cooperate with me, or did you just like how rough it was last time?

The "inventive" gallery had changed the music for a while, whilst they'd whipped up some crappy entertainment. Not that he cared, because frankly it had sucked and instead he'd been smoothtalking some clients. They were even dumb enough to fall for his crap, but it still wasn't worth it: What the fuck did you just say? What was wrong with these sims? This was worse than shitty! He hated fancy sims!!
What? Why are you so pissed off? I just asked if I could hold your horns, and ride you like a bull?
Really? You don't see a fucking problem with that?! That was just nasty! Nasty beyond belief!

Rolling her eyes, she just didn't see the problem. This was just like the pickup lines that men used on her. But as soon as she said them back... sheesh. Men were the worst: You have a serious temperproblem! It was a good pickup line.
Temperproblem? He didn't have a temperproblem: Why don't you crawl back into the pile of shit where you belong?! Get that fucking ugly painted face away from me! He couldn't have cared less if he caught a scene.
You are so rude. She shouted it over the music.
That's rude? You think I'm rude?! Get the fuck away from me! Daniel was almost surprised that everyone in the room didn't hear the last sentece, as he roared it as loud as he could.

Adrenaline still pumping, he started looking around for his girlfriend, but he couldn't see her right now. He stopped a bit at Marens body laying on the floor. This was the cultural elite in this shit city? These walking piles of garbage decided what was fine art; what was worthy of beeing shown to lesser sims? Just that fucking whiny music that sulked from the loudspeakers was telling enough: these sims were shit. He hoped they trashed this place. He's never experienced anything like this in Midnight Hollow. Where the hell did they dig out these scumbags?

Fucking crazy arsed bitch got worse by the second to. What the hell was her problem? Bitch...

Taking another look around, the red lights that swirled around the place made his head spin. And his lenses had started itching on his eyeballs. Nope, he couldn't see at this end either, where was she? Maybe she was in the bathroom? Who was he kidding, she would rather pee herself than using public restrooms.
Daniels attention was drawn to the maid. Nothing to worry about then, the skeleton was here to save the day. How could that even be considered "funny", Aino was going to have stroke if she saw that thing. Atleast he'd learned one thing: elites was best to stay away from. Now, where was his sexy kitten at? He has just assumed she would be circling the table of food, pretending she wasn't eating as much as she did. She was so cute when she ate. Especially because she wolfed meals down like there was no tomorrow.

Her phone was in his pockets for obvious reaons, so no point trying that either. How the hell could it be so difficult finding someone in such a cramped space? He kept walking around, waiting to see that recognizable silhouette, but there was just a bunch of smelly sims.
Hans! Shit, he'd barely noticed him even as they stood right infront of eachother. He fucking hated costumes; except his girlfriends, that could stay, that was a good costume. Have you seen Aino. He hadn't thought to see him here. And even if they should probably smalltalk a bit, he really just wanted to fetch her and get the hell away from this place. These sims were freaking him out!
Aino? Hans even looked around a bit: Uhm... I don't know. I haven't even noticed you before now. What's she dressed as?
     A cat. Duh.
That was her?! Really? Yeah, he'd seen her then, though he assumed every guy had: Not in a while actually.

A commotion so loud that it easily tore through the music, the sight of queen Elsa beating the living daylight out of Batman would've probably shocked him a few hours ago. Now he'd come to terms with the fact that these sims were absolutely insane: Is this common behaviour around here? Daniel asked. This was some of the worst he'd seen in his life. A few good punches sent Batman straight to the floor.
Hans explained: Well, this was an attempt at having an annual mingle. But uhm... He looked disappointed: I think we won't do this again. I've never... They're usually a pretty okay gang.
Well, the queen should try to take over the world now that she's humiliated Batman... Daniel sent a look at Batman that was trying to get up from the floor. He was no superhero.

As the commotion between Elsa and Batman died down, the two guys was able to talk again without the biggest interruption. He usually wasn't a jealous guy, but knew Aino and Hans had been a couple. Mainly because the way they pretended they hadn't been. It just could get a bit awkward a few times, and this was one of them: Did you... did the two of you have a special place of something when you went here? It didn't bother him that they'd been together ages ago. But sometimes he wondered if Hans knew her better than he did.

Hans visible started weirding out, his eyes darted around as he tried finding a lie to cling to. Sims and their lies: Well, not really. But.. there's this bust of an old man upstairs that she really liked. As a teenager! The last part was spit out so quickly it was embarassing. Did he actually think that he'd somehow be angry because of that? Hans couldn't possible be scared of him, could he? Wonder why the guy was so worried about sims getting mad at him?

He left just as Queen Elsas reign of terror ended, and crazy bitch took her throne. Poor Batman would never be able to keep simnation safe again. Crazy bitch was a force to recognize.

Daniel had to take a short look upstairs, because as it seemed now it was the only place she could be at. No way she'd be outside in the rain. But he couldn't even get to the damned rope someone had sloppily thrown up, when some arse tried to stop him: Sorry satan, the gates are closed. Who the hell did that shit think he was: Fuck you! Get the fuck out of my face!! Wow, crazy bitch was right, he had a bit of a temper today.  The day had just been to long, and he wanted to get away from all the crazy sims: What are you waiting for arsehole? Go button your fucking shirt! Disgusting pig. Get some clothes that fit, dickface!

Had that dickbrain been upstairs? Looking after the idiot, Daniel tried remembering if he'd seen someone walking downstairs from afar. He wasn't sure. If fishface there had thought about touching Aino, he was going to rip his dick off. She was so desperate for pleasing others that she was barely able to say "no", and he honestly looked like the type to take advantage of someone. No really, he had to stop. It was his foul mood talking, and he just wanted to go back, pet his dogs and sleep next to his girlfriend.

It was so much chillier upstairs than downstair. It was probably the thermostat that was turned down, as it often was: Hey kitty- cat. She was a mix or absurdely hot and cute as a cat. Turning her head slightly towards him it was obvious she'd heard him, but didn't say anything: You okay?
I'm fine. He didn't think she seemed fine, but didn't want to pressure her to much. He had a distinct feeling that she'd been pressured alot during her life and probably didn't need more of that. He was worried that he'd break her if he took things to far.
It's getting late. We should go home. They didn't live together, but they were usually at either ones house every other time. That's how it was when they had animals.

Aino didn't move, but kept staring at the bust of Socrates. Wonder if it was a new, or ancient copy. She seemed so calm that it was a bit scary, but that also happened sometimes. He'd just had to learn that she was a bit uneven of mood at times. But, so was he. He'd just had a ragefit, and now was as calm as ever in a matter of minutes: I need to tell you something. It was almost impossible to hear her saying it, even if the music from downstairs was surprisingly low up her- poor acoustics probably: Okay. Go ahead.
No, you need to sit down.

She waited for an irritated sigh, but it never happened. Instead he quietly sat down looking at the bust of the old man. It was so cold now, the temperature had to have dropped several degrees in a matter of minutes. Or maybe it had been hours, she wasn't really sure. It was terrible of her not to tell, and he really deserved to know
Sinking together in the uncomfortable chair, Daniel waited for her to talk: Okay.
It's about my mum... she started fumbling for words: It's about my parents... She never really talked about them, so he just let her continue: Uhm. My dad was in a coma when I was little..
I remember you told. She had said that the first time they'd met at the park.

Was it still raining outside, or had it stopped? What was it with the night that always made it rain: Mhm... But I didn't tell you... she didn't need to take any deep breaths this time, she was calm. It was the right thing to do: .. that my dad was in a coma because my mum poisoned him. My mum put my dad in a coma. Well, actually I gave it to him, so I put him in a coma. She... she was- is- a very smart woman; a genious. And she was gifted in a lot of ways. She could make potions, like the poison that my dad got... She didn't mumble, she just wasn't entirely sure how to phrase it to make sure there weren't any misunderstandings.

Staring at the bust, she tried to imagine what he would've said if he'd heard her right now. But it was to difficult for her head to grasp at the moment, so instead she just stopped: She also used that genious for some other things. Like, she... she murdered- my mum is a murderer- The one that killed sims and threw them in the river, burned their houses down and... yeah. I'm the only daughter of a serial- killer. Because that's what she had been, a serial killer. Her mum was a murderer, a real walking murderer, and she was her spawn.

Aino wasn't even sure how she wanted Daniel to react to it, but she assumed his face was twisted in disgust. Poor guy, he probably wondered how to formulate his disgust since he wasn't saying anything. And everyone always talked over her: I'm sorry. I should've told you. I was just so tired of beeing alone, and I really like having you around. I've been selfish and horrible. She didn't deserve to have it this good when her mum had done those things; when she had done those things: And I knew. I mean, mum beat a man to death and I helped hide him in the bog, I even swore I saw will- o' whisps around, but it turned out I was just shitcrazy. Couldn't he say something soon?

She felt like twisting around in the chair, but she worried it might break the silence from him. At the same time, she wanted it to break: I'm so sorry, I should have told you to begin with but...
I know. After all, it had been a huge case, it was something about having a woman doing all that that made sure it had cracked the news. Even he could remember it unfolding. He hadn't known she was the daughter ofcourse.
Had he just said he knew? What?! Oh god, no: Yeah, Maren told me the second time we met... you know, at the beach? Marlen told me, Hans... your hot neighbour... What?! Sexygustav with the hot arms had ratted her out: My neighbour. I mean, you know your mother killed your hot neighbours brother? This was what happened when you actually talked with your neighbours- or gossipped, but it had such a negative sound to it.

For once, he was the one trying to put words together correctly: You thought I was a doll, you call me at night and think there's zombies in your garden, you get genuinly terrifying certain times especially at nightfall.. You don't think I'd be fine with all that stuff if I didn't know this about you right? I'd be out the door faster than you can say "meow"! He might not be a psychologist or anything, but this definitely had something to do with her strange behaviour. And he strongly doubted that a murderer like that was any nice to her kid. Who knew what she'd told her: You just need to realize that your mum is wrong, not everyone else.

I don't know what the fuck she's told you, but it was probably not good. You didn't poison your dad, she did. Who the hell makes a kid poison anyone? You're mother is pure evil. Whatever good memories you have of her doesn't remove how horrible she was. Someone had to say it.
She made you hide a corpse with her. She didn't do that to be nice, she did that to control you. She's evil, I hope someone brutally kills her, and when they do, I'm going to fucking dance on her grave. He even managed to smile at the last part. Not just because the thought made him happy, but because he had two left feet.

What an aweful thing to say, Aino loved her mum. Horrified of his cruelty, she jumped in to defend her amazing mum: That's my mum you're talki... he interrupted her before she could finish: How the flying fuck does something that sick and twisted, get a gorgeous daughter like you anyway? She looks like she needs a pointy black hat and a broom, and you're so beautiful I get a little surprised every time I see you. He'd made sure to take a little look at case after Maren told him. Had to know what to avoid mentioning. Ofcourse the pictures of the beautiful blond had showed up at the search. But knowing what someone had done, had a tendency to affect the way someone looked at them.
I don't want to talk to you anymore! What an utterly terrible thing to say! Her mum didn't look like a witch! She was beautiful!

Here she'd thought he was a nice sim, then he turned around and said something like this?! Since she'd just told him she didn't want to talk to him anymore, Aino kept talking: I love my mum! She's prefect and everything I want to be! I used to look at her when I was a kid and hope that one day I'd be as beautiful and amazing as her! Why are you beeing so cruel?! You don't know her! I know my mum, you don't! Just because she made some mistakes that.... some mistakes! She'd forgotten all about the chilling air, she was insulted on behalf of her mother!

Just because she was wrong about you beeing a doll, doesn't means she's not perfect! And just because she poisoned dad, doesn't mean she's not perfect! Just because she planned and killed a very large ammount of sims, that.... He just sat looking at her whilst she talked, until the words stopped, the cold air swallowing them. Maybe this was how he really looked, and what she'd thought was his real look was just a disguise. Could he really be a devil disguised as a sim?

Daniel lowered his voice, keeping it soft and soothing: Ofcourse it means she's not perfect. If she's so perfect and such a genious; why did she get caught? Everyone that are incarcerated has already proven that they aren't perfect- because if their crimes were perfect, they wouldn't be in jail now would they? Sometimes a man can surprise with real logics over man- logics: Even I can figure that one out. You have a degree from university, so you have to understand this. No, he was just a regular sim with a costume on. Unfortunately. Because if he was a devil, he'd taken her to the abyssmal realms by now.

She hated when he was right! She didn't want him to be right: Can we just go home already! I'm tired! Aino hated this day! It had started so nice, why did everything that start nicely always end up bad?
I thought you said you didn't want to talk to me anymore... Daniel couldn't not tease her a bit when she was angry. That would've been unnatural.
I never mean that! Please, I'm tired and I want a bath! A really warm one, so she could feel her skin again.

Grabbing her with a cold hand as they left he stopped her: I'm sorry, okay. I didn't mean to upset you. I need to turn my horns in, I think I've been possessed today. She had to be freezing in that tiny outfit.
Thank you, Satan.. she was glad for the appology. But it didn't change anything that had happened. Even if it had taken her mind off it. That also meant that since he knew, she had done something terribly wrong today. She'd been worried that Kol would tell about her mother, but she should have just let him. But, then he'd also tell what happened at the illumated track. And she didn't want Daniel to know, because she'd slept with him the day after. And you weren't supposed to do that.

He kept looking at her: Is there something else you want to tell me? Did he know? No, no way he'd know: Uhm, no. Not at all.
Are you sure? You never told me why you were up here to begin with. He hadn't meant to upset her this much. She seemed like she barely even knew where she was right now. It was probably the cold.
Uhm... I thought I saw a skeleton downstairs, so I got scared and ran and hid up here. It wasn't a real lie, it was actually true.
For this long: It is a skeleton, and it's not real. Are you cold? You should take my jacket. Why hadn't he thought about that earlier. He was a terrible boyfriend.
     No. It's fine, I'm fine.

And if you think it's bad now, lets just say it'll get worse. But like different worse.

More importantly: this was supposed to be a nice party, but the sims just didn't want to behave. They either did nothing, or just argued and fought, or tried flirting with eachother and got rejected. Worst simbehaviour ever, shame on them! I have no idea why Daniel kept on going up and staring at that terracotta warrior though, he was absolutely hypnotized by it. Poor Batman got beaten up by so many sims. And I think Bonehilda is an alcoholic, she drank every drink there was. Didn't do anything else, just drank and drank and drank. Didn't even know she could do that. Maybe it's a bug of sort.

No one's a devil or anything for the record, everyone's a sim. And sorry about the choppy sentences, I just couldn't get it to flow properly.
